In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jp7896 website accessible at https://jp7896.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces, applications, or services operated by jp7896.
• "jp7896", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the jp7896 platform, its parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, agents, and employees.
• "You" or "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a bet through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds (clearly separated on the Platform).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other game product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by jp7896 before processing withdrawals or flagged account actions.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all Account Balances, Deposits, Withdrawals, and Bets are denominated on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion features available to all registered Users.

To register and use the jp7896 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. jp7896 may conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle and is not liable for any delay in processing that results from a User's failure to provide documentation promptly.

To access the full features of the jp7896 Platform, including placing Bets and processing Deposits or Withdrawals, you must register for a personal Account. The following rules apply to Account Registration:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
• jp7896 reserves the right to verify all registration information against independent data sources and third-party identity verification providers.
• You must notify jp7896 promptly of any changes to your registration details by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including any actions taken by third parties who access your Account through your credentials.
• jp7896 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Upon successful registration, jp7896 will send a verification link to the email address provided. Your Account will not be fully active until email verification is complete. KYC documentation may be requested before your first Withdrawal is processed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends. jp7896 operates a strict personal-use-only policy.
• You must select a password that is sufficiently strong and not used for any other online service. jp7896 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jp7896 immediately via Live Chat or at [email protected]. jp7896 will suspend the Account pending investigation.
• jp7896 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or OTP (one-time password) code. Any such contact purporting to be from jp7896 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

jp7896 will not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorized use of your Account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

All Deposits to your jp7896 Account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jp7896 supports the following Deposit channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallet: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following rules govern all Deposits:

• The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 20.000 per transaction. jp7896 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum Deposit limits at its discretion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• jp7896 does not charge Deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jp7896 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds will typically appear in your Account Balance within minutes of a confirmed Deposit. Delays arising from network or banking issues are outside jp7896's control.
• jp7896 reserves the right to return any Deposit if the source cannot be verified or if the transaction is flagged as suspicious under our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

Withdrawal requests are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) to the same payment method used for the corresponding Deposit, wherever technically possible. The following rules govern all Withdrawals:

• The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum Withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment channel; contact support for your specific limit.
• Before your first Withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport) and a recent proof of address.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays may experience longer processing times.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. jp7896 will not process Withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• jp7896 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any Withdrawal that is flagged by our fraud or AML monitoring systems.
• If a Withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement on any bonus funds has been met, the bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited prior to processing the Withdrawal.

jp7896 offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Indonesian residents who are at least 21 years of age and hold a fully verified jp7896 Account.
• Each bonus promotion will specify a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement), which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• jp7896 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash outside of meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• jp7896 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a User has exploited a promotion through bonus abuse, collusion, or any other irregular betting pattern.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

The following general rules apply to all Bets placed on the jp7896 Platform across all product categories, including sportsbook, live casino, slot gacor (high-RTP slot games), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and crash games:

• All Bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. jp7896 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Bet after it has been accepted, except where a Cash Out option has been made available and exercised by the User.
• jp7896 reserves the right to void any Bet that has been placed at an erroneous price caused by a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the Bet stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
• For football markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and the Champions League), Bets are settled based on the official result at the end of 90 minutes of regular time, including injury time, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) Bets require all selections to win for the Bet to be settled as a winner. If one selection is voided, the Bet will be recalculated as if that selection had not been included.
• For togel draws, results are determined by the official draw conducted by the relevant authorized draw operator. jp7896 is not responsible for delays or changes to draw schedules imposed by the draw operator.
• jp7896 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on any Bet, market, or game at its discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any Bet, the decision of jp7896's Trading team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in Clause 17.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jp7896 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, either personally or in coordination with other individuals.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested by jp7896.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose, including making Deposits from payment instruments not registered in your legal name.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over jp7896 or other players.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of jp7896.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting designed to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome.
• Allowing a third party, including a minor under 21 years of age, to access or use your Account.
• Using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic access controls or conceal your true location.

jp7896 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jp7896.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a court order restricting the Account holder's access to gambling services.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, jp7896 will contact the Account holder at the registered email address within 5 business days to outline the next steps. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, jp7896 will provide written notification of the Account closure decision and detail any Balance disposition outcome.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jp7896 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp7896 and its parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or statistical data presented on the Platform that result from errors in third-party data feeds.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Any financial loss resulting from Bets placed on the Platform, including Bets that are subsequently voided under the provisions of Clause 8.

Where jp7896 is found to be liable for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total Deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the jp7896 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of jp7896 or its content and technology suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any portion of the Platform's content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of jp7896.
• The jp7896 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of jp7896. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use these marks without prior written authorization.

The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

jp7896 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jp7896 will:

• Notify registered Users via email to their registered address at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, where the changes are material in nature.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of 7 days following any material update.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the return of any real-money Balance in your Account.
